About Cassie

MA, LPCC

Cassie creates a warm, welcoming environment for clients to explore their own experiences and emotions and pursue personal growth. She cherishes her work with individuals who have felt stuck in their experiences with anxiety or find the world to be overwhelming. She brings an awareness of how we are all impacted by our cultural context as well as social justice issues and other barriers. She believes every individual possesses unique strengths that can be of great use and support throughout the therapy process.

Cassie works with children ages 3 and up, teens, and adults. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety and OCD for all ages, utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Some common themes of OCD she works with include: harm, contamination, scrupulosity (moral/religious), relationship, and health anxiety.
